Our closing date will be firmly set by the end of next week. We originally were supposed to close the end of May, beginning of June, we are now looking at the end of July. The Texas rains have not been our friend delaying some of the outside work, but the past few days have been rain free so we now at least have a driveway and sidewalk poured.
Kitchen Quartz island was installed.
Master Bath Shower and tile installed.........
Outdoor kitchen is ready for the refrigerator and grill to be installed.
(Brick still will be cleaned.)
Powder Room Marble flooring and vanity installed.
Walls were textured and painted Sherwin Williams Repose Gray,
ceilings & trim Sherwin Williams Extra White.
Sidewalks and driveway were completed yesterday in the glorious sunshine!
And more good news.....our neighbors moved in! We have 2 out of 16 homes
on our island that have closed, and 2 more projected within the next 2 weeks.
We're becoming a neighborhood!
