I can't believe in less than a week we'll be sitting down to Thanksgiving dinner with family.
I have a brand new recipe this year for pumpkin pie. It's a much lighter version of the traditional pumpkin pies that I've made in the past. This has a subtle kick to it, because there is a touch of cayenne pepper in the recipe. Yes, you read that right! Another difference that makes it lighter is using Creme Fraiche
