HEALTHY ISRAELI CHOPPED SALAD

Summer farmer's markets are full of fresh veggies and fruits. It's such a great time of year for fresh produce of all kinds. Today's blog is an easy, healthy salad....a great addition to any meal. 


The ingredients are minimal and the prep is so simple. Tomatoes, English cucumbers, and red onion make up the salad. The dressing is light and easy made with olive oil and lemon juice.




Why not add this dish into your summer meal plan. The family will LOVE it!
